2x+3y=3
-3x-2y=8

3y=3-2x
-2y = 8+3x

y = 1 - 2x/3
y = -4 - 3x/2

1 - 2x/3 =  -4 - 3x/2

5 = - 3x/2 + 2x/3

5 = -9x/6 + 4x/6

5 = -5x/6

x = 5 * 6/-5

x = -6

No plug it in.

2x+3y=3 ; x = -6

-12 + 3y = 3

3y=3+12

3y=15

y = 5

So
x = -6 and y = 5
