Steamed, or boiled. Put it in a pan with some water. Don't cook it, please.
try using some ingredients or flavored spice to you rice that will make it 100 times more healthier like:

- White rice with coconut oil
- Rice and broth
- Rice with ginger: good for your heart-
- Rice with added spices or vege or meat
