called asthma occurs when the muscles that surround the bronchioles constrict.
Asthma is a condition
caused by genetic and environmental factors and represents the disease of the
airways of the lungs. It is an inflammatory disease in which airways narrow and
swell and produce extra mucus. Symptoms include wheezing, coughing, chest
tightness, and shortness of breath.
