If b is a nonnegative real number, then [tex]b\ge 0[/tex].
If  n is a positive integer, then [tex]n\ \textgreater \ 0[/tex].

If you want to compare b and n you should have additional condition. Only when b=0 you can conclude, that [tex]b\ \textless \ n[/tex].
