Firstly we would have to find out the proportion of mL needed for a litre,which would be:

10/100
=1/10mL

Then,we can find out how many mL is needed for 75 litre by multiplying mL needed per litre:

75×1/10
=7.5mL

Thus, 7.5mL would be needed.
