Perimeter: 3w + 2L = 102   ⇒  L = -1.5w + 51

Area = w * L

       = w(-1.5w + 51)

       = -1.5w² + 51x

A'    = -3w + 51

0     = -3w + 51

3w   = 51

 w  = 17

Perimeter: L = -1.5w + 51   ⇒   -1.5(17) + 51   =  -25.5 + 51   = 25.5

Area = width * Length

       =     17    *   25.5

       =          433.5

Answer: 433.5 m²
