Answer:

2 ORANGE = 5 GREEN

GREEN = 2/5 ORANGE = 0.4 ORANGE

1.4 ORANGE = 21

6 picks are orange Because if you have 3 sets of green ( 15 picks) and 2 for each set (2x3 =6) you would have 6 of the 21 that are orange . 15 +6 =21
