A solution with a pH of 13 is a hundred times more basic than a solution with a pH of 11

At pH 13: pOH = 14.00 – pH = 14.00 – 13 = 1

pOH = 10⁻¹ mol·L⁻¹

At pH 11: pOH = 14.00 – 11 = 3

pOH = 10⁻³ mol·L⁻¹

Ratio: [OH⁻]₁₃/[OH⁻]₁₁ = 10⁻¹ mol·L⁻¹/10⁻³ mol·L⁻¹ = 10² = 100
