If the original point was on (0,0) then I guess it would be (x,y) -> (x+6,y-3)

It's letting you pick your own translation.  How about 2 to the right, one down which gives the rule

(x,y) -> (x+2, y-1)

Then our original points C(6,3), G(6,-3) and W(-2,3) map to

C'(8,2), G'(8,-4), W'(0,-4)
