first we make -7/10 into decimal (-0.7)
then we can do 2 things
1. simplif parenthasees then divide
2. split into 2 fractions then add

I like first one better
(-0.7+0.15)/-0.125)
simplify partnehasees
-0.70+0.15=-0.55
nwe we have
-0.55/-0.125=4.4 (remember that (-)/(-)=(+)

answer is 4.4
