f(x)= 2x-1+10

f(-5) = 2(-5) -1+10

     = -10 -1+10

Answer: -1 option C

Solution:

f(x)= 2x-1+10  

Step 1: replace the all the x in the equation with the function defined that is F(-5)

So the equation would be,

F(-5) = 2 ( -5 ) - 1 + 10

Step 2: F(-5) = - 10 - 1 + 10     (simplify the equation -10 and +10 cancels out as they equal zero)

F(-5) = -1
