Azul has 4 green picks and no orange picks.You add orange picks so that there are 2 oranges picks for every 1 green pick.How many picks are there now

If 1 green pick is equal to 2 orange picks then it would be 4 x 2 is equal to the amount of orange picks

So 4*2=8

then we take that and put it into the 2nd equation to get the total amount.

so it would be 4+8=12

So there are 12 picks in total
