The answer is the New Testament, because the Hebrew Bible is basically Jewish writings combined together and this forms the Old testament of the bible. Though, Christians uphold both the New and Old testaments (i.e which forms the Holy Bible) the answer would be the New testament, because Jews also uphold the old testament as the Hebrew bible and the question says "not Jews" .
