well first you need to know how to speak spanish,
second have a subject to speak about,
and of course to get better at a conversations is to have lots of conversations in spanish to get your brain used to having conversations in spanish.
and i guess another way to get better at having conversations in spanish is to speak it well so that you don't stutter.
