1. Spray cooking spray in a sizable pan
2. Crack 1 or 2 eggs and put the whites and yolk into the pan
3. Turn the burner above the stove on high or medium
4. Every few minutes make sure to stir the eggs around so they don’t burn
5. Turn off the burner and put them on a plate then wait for them to cool
