Public visitors such as store customers, museum goers, or zoo visitors are owed a duty to inspect and make safe under the law. Public visitors are those who visit public places. These people should be able to visit their place of interest and know that the place will be safe and secure for them. If the place is not safe, under law they can report it and the place will have to fix what is wrong.
