The power of the given radicand 7 sqrt(3)^4 is 2. The "power" means the exponent that the radicand is raised to. Although the number is raised to the power of 4, the square root still has to be considered, because taking the square root of a number is equal to raising it to the power of 1/2. Therefore, the power is 4/2, or 2.
