ΔTf = - 0.93  °C

Explanation:

We have molar solution value that is 0.50

Kf  is the value of solvent constant that is the molal freezing point depression constant.

Kf  = 1.86 °C/m for water

By using freezing point depression equation, we will find the freezing point

ΔTf = Kf · m

     = -1.86 °C/m x 0.50 m

ΔTf = - 0.93  °C
