For the species to be fully extinct the birth and death rate would be zero percent with no signs of new life or new records of the species dying or giving birth to new offspring

Answer:

For a species to be extinct, their birthrate must be low and their death rate must be high.

Explanation:

Because if a species is going to be extinct, then there are obviously going to be more deaths and less of the species being born in order for it to be extinct
