Encourage peace and cooperation between all communities within USA, encourage diversification of the US workforce, prevent and discourage discrimination in all areas such as schools, workplaces and throughout the country. Eliminate cultural beliefs or traditions that encourage discrimination and hatred. Allow people to practice their own cultural activities and religious acts in a safe environment. Make sure these activities don’t get out of hand and that people in the surrounding area aren’t disturbed.
