I like to change them to improper fractions!
So it would be 31/8 divided by 61/8. It’s important not to forget to keep the first fraction as is, change the division symbol to a multiplication, and then flip the second fraction. Hence giving you 31/8 times 8/61. Your answer is 31/61.
