How can an owner combat a strike?

Not sure what this is asking... so I hope this helps.

Strikes are movements used to protest/change something. If a owner of a store would like to “combat” that then they could either simply comply with demands or make compromise. If you don’t take those routes then it could get out of hand.

FYI: The definition of combat is take action to reduce or prevent (something bad or undesirable).
