y = mx + b
slope(m) = 4
(22,12)...x = 22 and y = 12
now we sub and find b, the y int
12 = 4(22) + b
12 = 88 + b
12 - 88 = b
-76 = b

so ur equation is : y = 4x - 76...but we need it in standard form Ax + By = C

y = 4x - 76...subtract 4x from both sides
-4x + y = -76 ...multiply by 1
4x - y = 76 <== standard form
