We want 4 to be divisible by 10, 100, 1000, 10000, and so on. 100/4 equals 25. Now we know 25 x 4 is 100. There is only 1/4. If it were to be 2/4, it would be 50 because 25 x 2 is 50. But we're only doing 1 here. So the answer would be 2.25.
