I’ve been searching for this for around 30 minutes ever since I found this question and I hadn’t seen anything till now. I searched through Picasso’s 1100 works of art and couldn’t match any to this one. I eventually reverse image searched it and found it was not Picasso. It was some random person on deviant art who made it! Pretty impressive for someone who’s not Picasso but wow. It was made in around 2009.
