In the equation y=mx+b, 'm' is slope and 'b' is the y-intercept.  In the case of y=-14, there is no slope because there is no 'mx' part of the equation.  This means that the line is just horizontal with no slope.  So, your slope=0, y-intercept=-14, and there is no x-intercept because the line travels parallel to the x axis, passing only through -14 on the y axis
