1st equation: 3x+2y=5
2nd equation: y=4x-3

Step 1: Isolate a variable
y=4x-3

Step 2: Substitute value
(4x-3) in place of y in the 1st equation. 3x+2y=5

Step 3: Result of Substitution
3x+2(4x-3)=5

Step4: Solve
3x+8x-6=5
11x-6=5
11x=11
x=1
