Solution:

The total surface area of a cuboid is:

[tex]Area=2(lb+bh+hl)[/tex]

Where, l is length, w is width and h is the height.

Substituting l=5, b=4 and h=6, we get

[tex]Area=2(5\times 4+4\times 6+6\times 5)[/tex]

[tex]Area=2(20+24+30)[/tex]

[tex]Area=2(74)[/tex]

[tex]Area=148[/tex]

Therefore, the total surface area of the cuboid is 148 sq. units.
