To make this graph the first step is to look at the slope-intercept form

- we see that 2/3 is the slope and -5 is the y-intercept (the point on the y-axis)

So, now you can find the y-intercept on the graph (-5) and make a dot there

Next, move right 3 and up 2 and repeat until you have enough points to make a line :)
