Are you sure these are the options to this question, and not eukaryotes, prokaryotes, bacteria, and none of the above?
If these are the correct options, then steps in Archaean transcription and translation are like that of A. eukaryotes, because 
the RNA polymerase of archaea is closer in structure and function to RNA polymerase II of eukaryotic organisms.
