Answer:

The United States would not be as developed as it is now, and would pretty much be many Native American tribes scattered throughout

Explanation:

The European colonizers wiped out many indigenous people, and they were living just fine the way they were before the colonizers came. Since native people were successfully living, i believe that north America would look the same as it did before colonization happened, if they never came.
