Alliteration—same letter or sound at the beginning of closely connected words in a sentence.

Ex—Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.

Explanation—Majority of words begin with the same letter (in this case “p”) making it an alliteration

Paradox—a statement that contradicts itself

Ex—This is the beginning of the end.

Explanation—an end and beginning are complete opposites so this contradicts there being a beginning to an end.
