My answer would be that I really don't know. I find no interest in "Real Life" stories. Usually they are inflated in some way especially auto biographies.
I much prefer fiction. The reason is that there is usually some theme being developed. The characters lead us down a rabbit hole to make some sort of point about why we endure living.
