Answer: 4a^3b^6 +4

Step-by-step explanation:

All you do is distribute the 4 over all of the terms :)

Therefore: 4(a^3 x b^6) +4(1)

Answer: (4)(a^3)(b^6) +4

IF YOUR QUESTION is (a^3b)^6+1

Distribute the exponent over the terms. Then you get (4)(a^18)(b^6) +1
