A. I believe you could easily multiply 36.5 and 3.1 to get the answer
B. first I changed it to a decimal then which is 1.15 then divided that first by 2 to get the 1/2 of the total hours then i multiplied 1.15 by 3 with is 3.45 then add the 1/2 which in decimal in 0.575. 3.45+0.575= 4.025
