Mousterian point Neanderthals were skilled tool makers but not as advanced as modern humans. Their tools including spear points and knives, most likely set in wooden handles, scrappers, pronged harpoons, and engraving tools. There is also a key difference between Homosapien and Neanderthal, that is that homosapien is the modern human who lives today while neanderthal is an extinct species.
