Ok so for this we need to use the gradient (slope) formula :
Y = Mx+c
The slop of the line is M
And the y intercept ( where it goes through on y axis) is C
So if we substitute that into ur equaton
Y = Mx +c
Y= 4x + 5
You can see that M ( the slope) is 4
And C ( y intercept) is 5
