It is true that a pod is divided into the supply line, the support line, and the vehicle line.
A POD, or Points of Distribution, is where people go to get emergency supplies after some sort of a disaster. As you can see, the supply line is where they get the goods, the support line is where they can find help, and I assume the vehicle line is where cars and other vehicles can go.
