The correct answer for this question is this one:

By the virtue of conversion, 
1 US liquid pint is equal to 0.125 US liquid Gallon.
8 US liquid pint is equal to 1 US liquid Gallon.

Since the water cooler holds 10 gallons of water, then it can hold 80 US liquid pint of water. Hope this helps.
