Um... the water cycle. Evaporation, condensation, and precipitation.

It's called the water cycle, and it starts with the sun evaporating the water from the ground, and turning it into clouds, then when the clouds get really big the water vapor attaches to each other, getting too heavy and they fall to the ground as rain. Then it starts all over again.
