Graph the circle (x+5)^2+(y+2)^2=4

(x+5)² + (y+2)² = 4

(x - x0)² + (y - y0)² = r²

with circle center point (x0 ; y0) and r for circle radius

so you have to place the point (- 5 ; - 2) and graph the circle with r = 2
