First you must find the unit rate of 1 gallon of gas and to do that you would divide 5.44 by 4. This will give you a ratio of money:gallon. The cost of one gallon is $1.36. To find the price of 11 gallons all you have to do is multiply the price of one gallon by 11.

11 × 1.36 = 14.96

11 gallons of gas would cost $14.96.
Hope this helps!
