Hidden figures displayed the struggle of being a woman that happens to be black. Both frowned upon in the workforce. Katherine, Dorothy and Mary showed their employers exactly what they were capable of. They had to go above and beyond to earn the slightest recognition. Their were “hidden figures” in a sea of rocket scientists.
