She will make 16 boxes.

To answer this question we simply have to divide the number of cookies (132) by the number of cookies that each box can contain.

Mathematically speaking:

[tex]132/8\text{ }[/tex][tex]16.5[/tex]

Since we can´t have half boxes, we have to round the number to 16.
