They should be equal to men because
1. They put the amount of work as men.
2. It's fair enough to pay both genders the same amount.
3. It would be fair if they didn't
we all have legs, arms, eyes to do the same job
we all can put in the same effort
because it is silly not to (because we can and should)
why not?
