No, remember raidens is a ratio of the circumstance, there are 2 pi raidens in one complete revolution in a circle, that equals approximately 6, so your just under one revolution with raidens, but more than 3pi/2 raidens, the sign is negative so that means you are traveling in a clockwise rotation about the origins, therefore due to the sinsodial properties of the circle you are the first quadrant, which is between 0 and pi/2.
