Events A and B are mutually exclusive. Also, P(A) = 0.15 and P(B) = 0.2. What is P(A or B)?

All I can say is that the people who answered 0.35 are dead clever as I cannot make head nor tail out of the question. I am still trying to fathom out how they arrived at the answer!

To find P(A or B) of mutually exclusive events, add P(A) and P(B).

0.15 + 0.2 = 0.35
