Look at the edges of the box and we see that the first quartile (Q1) and the third quartile (Q3) are
Q1 = 6
Q3 = 14

Subtract them to get the IQR
IQR = Interquartile Range
IQR = Q3 - Q1
IQR = 14 - 6
IQR = 8

Answer is choice B) 8
