I will show how to do it:
Step 1: Start your point at 3 in the y axis (line going upwards)
Step 2: Move up twice.
Step 3: Now go to the right once.
Step 4: Use a ruler to draw the line.
Step 5: Cross check by picking two points that are on the line. Or use the formula - y2 - y1 / x2 - x1
