if several are critically injured if you are asking or different im gonna give you a medical awnser i would call an abulance while attending to the most critically injured such as a child or teen and then move on to an adult later i would torniquete any wounds that are causing major bleeding on the injured and apply pressure wating for the. Ambulance to arrive if someone is unresponsive and not awnsering i would preform cpr if its something else reply :)
